Literally appalling customer service , old lady’s at the desk saw me walk up and didn’t even acknowledge me, continued to huff and puff as scamming items then and didn’t say a word to me , literally disgusting customer service, the attitudes on them #notgiving x

All of the staff there are wonderful and kind except one older woman with short bleach blonde hair. Her behaviour to customers is appalling and my mother has had this exact experience too. She’s lovely to older people, and downright rude to younger people slamming their products and ignoring them. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff there except her, how such a well mannered pleasantly staffed place employs her is truely beyond me.

This IGA is great for finding hidden gems at reasonable prices. We often shop here for things out of season or hard to find like pavlova and banana nesquik. The service is good and it's never to busy. Highly recommend.

Amazing help finding products, super friendly staff and super great deals at the end of the dairy section. They will even order things they don't stock in store! And open at 8am and close late at night. Great store with lots of parking and an excellent chemist right there, who are equally kind and knowledgeable xx
