Waikiki IGA

I usually pop in once a week to get either cat food or bread and milk when the household runs out. I have found that the prices have increased which was a bit of a shock but for freshness and some bargains it is worth the visit. Even it is for just a top up or something else. The new layout for the checkout spun me out but I guess it will work itself out.

Ha e tried calling for the past 45 minutes to enquire if they have a certain product! NO ANSWER! Shall not be shopping at this wanna be IGA anymore!!

one star is even too-generous, this IGA is disgusting, it smells and I would even check expiry dates, fruit and veg are not even taken proper care of..I had purchased veg from this store and found bugs, in my corn it was filled with bugs as the picture shows I contacted the store and wasn't taken seriously was told I could get a store credit when I personally would not feel comfortable purchasing anything from this store even as I've had a problem in the past with expiry dates but never did I think I would find bugs in my food. the store owner then ignored my texts until I said I was gonna take this further. I wouldn't waste a dollar in this store.

Easy, level, ground floor, entry.Well labelled aisles. Helpful floor staff, owner/managers friendly and always say hello. Short queues at tills.

Too expensive. Used to be good when they had a discount fridge but it changed when new management took over.

Great afterhours service. Very handy for last minute items.

WOW has the Internal changed. Amazing..still finding everything, but lots of new fridge and display shelves. Budget areasPleasure shopping, but watch the prices..

It wasn't broken l, you didn't have to fix" it. Been a customer here for 30 years

More staff needed! Between the phone ringing and the manager looking frazzled and struggling to keep up with delivery orders, one person on check out is not enough in the evening time especially when customers are doing full shops. There were no less than 25-30 ppl in the line to be served this evening. Given the big stores close at 5 it’s a no brainer to have extra cover from 5-6/7.
